FASMMM prioritizes the protection of our tutors’ earnings by ensuring they receive compensation per lesson. We foster a supportive environment to attract and retain exceptional tutors, emphasizing fairness for both families and educators. 

Our commitment to excellence in French language education is reflected in our clear and transparent Refund Policy, which aims to provide equitable treatment and clarity for all refund inquiries.

At FASMMM, we uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence in all aspects of our programs.

FASMMM demonstrates dedication to families through its flexible services, offering makeup sessions for missed classes and personalized lessons tailored to each student by our tutors. 

We operate continuously during Winter and Spring Breaks, as well as on statutory holidays. 

Our policies prioritize flexibility, requiring 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, and often accommodating cancellations communicated the night before or early on the day of the scheduled lesson.

To cancel a session, please notify your teacher at least 3 hours in advance. 

Refund requests for unused lessons in tutoring packages will incur a $50 administrative fee deduction. Refund will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the written request.

Makeup sessions should occur with the original tutor within our weekday business hours. They must be scheduled within two months of the canceled session.
