We are 100 percent dedicated and motivated to bring the philosophy of Maria Montessori to fruition for every generation by helping these children to reach their truest potential. We will share our longing and passion for reading for the sole purpose of helping the children to read the French language in various ways through the usage of numerous methods such as Montessori, Syllabic, as well as state-of-the-art technology. We will do our very best to improve the reading, writing, speaking, and thinking capabilities of the children and increase their confidence by engaging them with emotional and social skills for the purpose of getting them ready for the real world.
The beginner’s level will aid the read to expand on their phonics, their ability to hear and handle various sounds of different words. The students will have the chance to decode and encode words into sounds, as well as sounds into words, respectively. The beginner’s level will also aid in increasing the vocabulary along with increasing the listening comprehension of the students, by helping them understand what each word and text means, its definitions as well as its context to make them more fluent.
Intermediate levels comes right after the beginner’s—it is a continuation of it to improve the reading skills of the students. Special books will be used for this level. The club will aid the students in improving their vocab, listening comprehension, as well as their fluency in reading by helping them understand the meaning of words and texts in their purest sense.
This level reaches the highest grounds by making the students enjoy as well as participate in speaking and having discussions in the French language for the purpose of improving the speaking skills. Special books will be chosen for his level. The reading time of the students will be divided into two parts—the individual and the group. The students will be able to have a chance to choose their own book for the individual part. It helps the students enjoy the process instead of thinking of it as a chore, it focusses on never putting any pressure on them and let them have a say in what book they want to use to read and enjoy the whole process of learning the language.
Reading is a critical skill that the students must become fluent in. Therefore, we want to guide the students so that they can reach their highest reading potential and at the same time, improve their confidence in the French language through the use of various books and by sharing their thought processes as well as their understanding of various concepts.
We are filled with passion of educating the young, which is why we have a strong belief in the philosophy of Montessori and the power of reading as it helps complement and excel a person in their sea of knowledge. Therefore, with the help of both the Montessori Method as well as the Boscher Method (Syllabic Method), we can ensure that development of a high self-esteem as well as the love for reading in children, so that they can carve a future for themselves and others that is filled with success and prosperity.
Our Reading Club is designed to foster a love for reading and improve literacy skills among children aged 3 to 16.
We offer a diverse selection of age-appropriate French books, allowing kids to explore various genres, from fairy tales and adventure stories to educational non-fiction.
Each session includes interactive reading activities, such as group discussions, storytelling, and role-playing, to enhance comprehension and encourage children to express their thoughts and ideas.
Additionally, we incorporate creative projects like book-themed crafts and drawing activities to make reading a fun and engaging experience.
Through our Reading Club, children not only improve their language skills but also develop critical thinking and a lifelong passion for reading.
