The Montessori Method is a method of education for a child that was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori in 1900s. It is our firm belief that every single child has a sense of uniqueness, exceptionality, huge untapped potential that will surely pave a bright future for them when it will be harnessed. The methods as well as the environment that the child studies and lives in play a vital role in their upbringing, development, and their progress. These factors allow the child to grow in all departments of life at their own pace, which is to be understood that it is different for everyone similar to how different plants take different time to grow; children are the same. Their curiosities are stimulated a great deal and they are taught to develop themselves as independent human beings that have sovereignty over themselves and their life decisions in a productive way. The main goal of the Montessori Method is to ensure the child reaches their truest potential, give them an ironclad confidence to take on the world, and raise their self-esteem to a point where they can stand tall under all situations they face.
The Boscher Method, which is also called the La Methode Boscher in France. It is also called the “Syllabic Method” mainly because its main purpose is to help the child be enabled enough to learn to read, write, and count. The moment this method was accepted to be taught; it was an immediate success.
This method was invented by a teacher with the same name and it helped countless children to help read and write, which then later on changed the world as we see it today.
The Syllabic Method works to decode the sounds of the alphabets, then combine each alphabet to form syllables, that later form words. For example, let us take the letters “h”, “e”, “l”, and “l”, “o”. When we combine “hel” it becomes a syllable, and when we combine “lo”, it becomes another syllable, when these two syllables are combined, they become a word known as “hello”. This is an easier method to learn to read, write, and speak.
Therefore, it is a very effective method that is utilized by many French countries, and can be equated to a reason for them being able to pronounce French words much better than an average English speaker. Hence, taking it from there, our courses always start with the help of the easiest syllables to the hardest as the lessons progress, we are well aware how to treat a child, starting with baby steps can make it easier for the child to grasp any concept.
